Mount Baliwag Protected Landscape

Barangay Tunton/Maguibuay Tagkawayan, Quezon

A steep rocky mountain with a height of 390 (measured by the local barangay council) – 414 (measured by the GPS) MASL that looks over Camarines Sur, Bondoc Peninsula, Ragay Gulf, and the Mountain Zone Area of Tagkawayan. It has a 6-kilometer radius from the peak of the mountain. There are also rock caves found on the mountain. It is 1-2-hour trek with four trails leading to the mountain peak.

How to get there

From the town proper, it is 11.7 kilometers and will take you 30-45 minutes ride through any means of land transportation (tricycle, motorcycle or any four-wheel vehicles) to reach the barangay proper of Tunton/Maguibuay.
