DANILO “Danny” LALUNIO LIWANAG is the Vice Mayor of Tagkawayan, Quezon. He served as Barangay Captain in Barangay Bamban Tagkawayan, Quezon in 2002-2010, and a Municipal Councilor in 2010-2013 before assuming the Vice Mayoral position in July 1, 2019.
Vice Mayor Danny received a certificate in Computer Programming in United Computer Programming Center in 1987, and graduated with a degree, Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation in 1990.
Prior to being elected as the Municipal Vice Mayor, he became a District Officer and a Political and Infrastructure Project Officer for in the Office of the Fourth District Representative of Quezon in 2010 until 2019. He adopted the HEALING (Health, Education, Agriculture, Livelihood, Infrastructure, Nature and Environment, and Good Governance) Advocacy of Congw. Angelina D.L. Tan, M.D. during the May 2019 elections, and won imposing his tagline, “Gawa, hindi ngawa.”
