Mandate

Formulate integrated economic, social, physical, and other development plans and policies for consideration of the local government development council and to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the different development programs, projects and activities in the local government unit concerned in accordance with the approved development plan.

ABOUT THE SERVICE

ENTERPRISES are required with Zoning Clearance upon application of business permit to ensure that the enterprise is allowed to operate in the chosen location as per the Municipal Land-Use Plan and other relevant zoning and land-use ordinances.

  • If the site inspection is required, frontline officer refers the same to the Zoning Officer. Site inspection is usually required for new enterprise

  • Officer-in-Charge prepares, processes and records Locational Clearance.

Step 3. SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL EVALUATION TO SB AND MEMBERS OF LAND-USE COMMITTEE

Step 4. ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE
  • After SB approval, PALC Certificate will be issued to be signed by the MPDC, Land-Used Chairman and the Municipal Mayor.
