To assess real properties for taxation in accordance with RA 7160. Maintain a systematic and updated records of Real Properties and undertakes continuing general revision of real property assessment.

Mission

To realize such vision, the office is deeply determined in achieving its goal of intensive and effective identification and assessment of real properties in order to generate huge amount of revenues from real property taxes which can support and sustain the functions of local governance and meet the requirement of public service.

Vision

It is the vision of the Municipal Assessor’s Office to see the Municipality of Tagkawayan enjoying fiscal autonomy thru real property taxation.
