DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS


The office of the human resource Management & Development is responsible for personnel services such sourcing, selection and placement of employees, record keeping, and relational assistance in handling specific performance issues of employees.

  • LGU Employees
Response Time:
  • Five (5) Minutes

How to avail the service:
Step 1. Fill out a Leave Application Form
  • Leave Application Forms are available at the HR office.
  • Be reminded that Vacation Leave should be applied possibly five (5) days in advance; and Sick Leave shall be filed immediately upon return to office and Medical Certificate is required in excess of five (5) successive days.
Step 2. Have your leave approved by your immediate supervisor by affixing his/her signature on your Leave Application Form.
Step 3. Bring the form back to the HR office. The HRMO will affix her signature into the form after the HR staff indicated your leave credit balance.
Step 4. Have your leave approved by the Municipal Mayor, then submit the form at the HR office and ask for a copy.

How to avail the service:
Step 1. Fill out the Request Form provided by the HR staff. Indicate the type of certification, purpose, date and time of the request.
Step 2. Get your requested copy of certification duly signed by the HRMO or by the authorized signatory in case of HRMO's absence within the day.

FOR JOB ORDER AND CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYEES, YOU CAN ALWAYS ASK ASSISTANCE FROM MS. NIDA NABUHAY OR WHOMEVER IN THE HR STAFF.

How to avail the service:
Step 1. Submit your Personal Data Sheet or resume together with your application letter indicating the position you are applying for, for the encoding to the roster of applicants.
  • Personal Data Sheet (PDS) form is downloadable from the CSC website.
Step 2. Prepare youself to answer few initial screening questions to be asked by HR personnel

  • Dates of Filing scheduled by the Civil Service Commission (CSC)
Who may avail of the service?
  • All Qualified Examinees
Response Time:
  • Fifteen (15) Minutes

How to avail the service:
Step 1. Get the checklist of requirements from the HR Staff.
Step 2. Prepare all pertinent documents required in the CSE application.
Step 3. Fill out the CSE Application From, affix your thumb mark in front of the HR staff, sign it and pay the examination fee of Php. 500.00. Do not leave the office until the form is completely checked and signed by the HR staff.
